Practice Cancelled!!!!

Practice has been cancelled due to weather. I will see you guys on Monday at Camp. Camp will be held at the THS Gym! Please be there by 5:45 in your black shorts and you will receive your shirt that night as well as your camp wear.  If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call!!!

    Hi, everyone! I wanted to make an anouncement. Go to the "Get to know your teammates" page to see a running tip. Once a week, I will be posting tips for running. Oh, has anyone tried the 5k schedule I posted a little while ago?
