Practice Tonight

Girls,

Practice Tonight will start at 5:45. you will need to wear your greens!!!
Please bring something to drink pom poms and megaphone.

If you dont get this message in time for your megaphone then it is ok.

  2. running tip #3: Pace yourself. If you sprint, you will get tired very quickly. If you pace yourself, you will last longer.

  3. REMEMBER GIRLS: WEAR YOUR WARM UP JACKET WITH A RED T-SHIRT UNDER IT(tomorrow is red day) AND YOUR RIBBON.

  5. Running tip#5: Wear tennis shoes that are in good condition. If you don't, you could hurt your feet.

  6. Running tip#6: Run when it is cool outside. (mostly on saturday mornings) That way, you will not get too hot and over heated.
