Fourth Assignment: Let's Dance

Alright Girls it's time to dance. Let's see what you got. You need to know the first dance (Check It Out) that is shown here before our first practice. Our first practice is August 2nd. Don't worry about the intervals just go on the first one for this exercise. Have fun!!!!!!!!

Third Assignment: Toe Touch

Alright Girls now that you have reviewed the exercises that you need to do in order to get better jumps it is now time to put it to action. I need for you to start practicing your toe touch.
You need to do at least 10 per day. I look forward to seeing your awesome jumps at practice! Coach C

Second Assignment: Cheer Jump Exercises

Alright girls it is time to work on your jumps however in order to do so you need to strengthen your body to be able to do so. So start working on these exercises in order to have explosive jumps. Coach C

First Assignment: Motions

For some of you this may be new and for some this may be a refresher. Whether this is your first year or your fifth. You can never practice motions enough! So take some time out of your busy summer day and familiarize yourself with these motions. Use your parents to watch you because in reality they are your biggest fans. Oh yeah!!! I expect you to know these like a Cheer Champ at first practice :)!!
