  2. Hey girls!!! I'm Jenna Mitchell and I am sooooo excited about cheer! This is my first year doing TYF cheer, but I enjoy doing other sports such as basketball. I've played basketball for 3 years. I also take tumbling classes at Legacy Gymnastics. I am absolutely obsessed with dogs and have one of my own. Her name is Daisy. Even though I know most of you from school, I can't wait to meet the rest of you! LOOKING FORWARD TO AN AWESOME SEASON!!!

  4. Hello girls I am so excited to be cheering with you. I also like dogs like Jenna but I do not have one yet.Hint Hint to my parents who I hope are reading this!!...lol I have played other sports too. I have played basketball, soccer and softball. I am in Florida at my grannys so I will not see any of you tonight but I am really looking forward to cheering with you!

  6. Hey,girls!!! The meeting was great! I'm really glad that our coach is Mrs.Crystal. I like her a lot. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited about this cheer season! I will definantly be practicing my motions, jumps, and cheers! I can't wait to learn the dances. I have also decided to post smart and healthy recepies every week and post exersise and stretch tips! Maybe I can find out how to post videos....hmmmmmmmmm. GO WARRIORS!!!

  8. Hey, girls! Here is an easy schedule to get your body used to running, if you never have before. It only takes a few weeks and I did it last summer.   9. I think the video was amazing. It looks really hard to do all those flips. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't have what it takes to do what that girl was doing. LOL!!! but, I think I have what it takes to be a great TYF cheerleader. :)

  13. Thank you Coach Crystal! And hi Jenna! I remember u from school! And i guess since everyone is telling a bit about themselves then i will too! Ok so my name is Sammy and i have played soccer for 5 seasons straight! And i ran a 5K during this last school year and i won an award for 3rd fastest runner in my girl's age division! I enjoy playing several different sports as well! And i love dogs too yall! And i have wanted to try cheer for a while and i finally am! I am VERY excited to meet everyone and cheer! I will work VERY hard too! I can't wait! :)

Hey im Caitlin i take tumbling at training champions 1 once a week for 2 hours this is going to be my 5th year cheering and i cant wait to see all of u and i love to cheer for tyf and i am trying oout for 7th and i hope to be a cheerleader for alabama and be a teacher i have to dogs and a sister i love to hang out with my friends!!!!     2. I know how to do a roundoff backhandspring and a standing one and i am working on my tuck and i did too my friend alaina helped me learn it too!!!

  30. I just had my last class @ Legacy last night. I almost got my backhandspring. My teacher said that I didn't need someone to spot me and that I had it. I will still have my dad spot me because he was an Alabama cheerleader so he knows how to do all that stuff. GO WARRIORS! :D
