Third Assignment: Toe Touch


Alright Girls now that you have reviewed the exercises that you need to do in order to get better jumps it is now time to put it to action. I need for you to start practicing your toe touch.
You need to do at least 10 per day. I look forward to seeing your awesome jumps at practice! Coach C

  2. At training chaimpons i do 25 toe touches on 3 tampolions and they are really working!!!!!!!!!!!
