Alright Girls now that you have reviewed the exercises that you need to do in order to get better jumps it is now time to put it to action. I need for you to start practicing your toe touch.
You need to do at least 10 per day. I look forward to seeing your awesome jumps at practice! Coach C
I've been practicing my stretches and exercises and I've been working hard to get my toe tuches higher.
